1. A Novel High-Throughput Assay for Targeted Protein Degradation: Application to BCL-xL in Cancer Cells
This work presents a newly developed, high-throughput assay enabling the identification of PROTACs and molecular glues with selectivity for BCL-xL—an anti-apoptotic protein implicated in tumor progression.

2. High-Throughput Screening Identifies Novel Small Molecule Inhibitors of ELP3 with Potent Anti-Cancer Activity In Vivo
Developed in collaboration with Theratrame, this screening campaign led to the discovery of novel ELP3 inhibitors, demonstrating promising therapeutic efficacy in preclinical cancer models.

3. Differential Scanning Fluorimetry and Compound Screening Enabled the Identification of Novel Series of microRNA-21 Targeting Compounds
Using advanced biophysical screening and thermal shift assays, Axxam identified innovative small molecules that modulate the oncogenic microRNA-21, a key target in multiple cancer types.
