International Symposium on Olfaction and Taste

The International Symposium on Olfaction and Taste (ISOT) is a prominent scientific conference dedicated to the study of olfaction (sense of smell) and gustation (sense of taste).

The symposium is organized, every four years, by various scientific bodies and organizations related to sensory research, such as the Association for Chemoreception Sciences (AChemS), the European Chemoreception Research Organization (ECRO), and the Japanese Association for the Study of Taste and Smell (JASTS).
